MONEY: Team Members will earn additional percentage on their sales...up to 80%!
• 12 hours ( 3 shifts ) = 80% of your sales
• 8 hours ( 2 shifts ) = 75% of your sales
• 4 hours ( 1 shift ) = 70% of your sales
